There are no refunds if you need to cancel an appointment for any reason, as replacement clients for your appointment are not always possible. However if Daniella can fill your reserved time with another client, she will always attempt to. If this happens, she is happy to offer you a credit for the same value, which you can use with her at some other time.

No refunds are available after a session has been given.

Refunds may be given prior to some appointments depending on the cirumstance which Daniella will evaluate when it is presented. For example, emergency or one-off situations.
